MARCH 1977 - Mr. Won Sup Yang opened a nursery for the first time in Tacoma, Washington, originally called Yang's
Green Garden.
A year later, on June 1978, the nursery was moved to a larger 5-acre land in Gig Harbor, Washington and renamed Yang's
Nursery & Landscaping, Inc.
Finally in 2003, Mr. Yang began his greatest visionary project by transforming nearly 100
acres of a run-down golf course into Yang's Botanical Gardens located in Port Orchard, WA.
Since the launch of Yang's
Botanical Gardens, Mr. Yang has been busily creating garden upon garden with hard work and constant focus, while the family-owned
Yang's Nursery continues to serve customers. We like to teach our customers and encourage them to take care of their
gardens on their own as much as possible (with a little of our guidance).
Mr. Yang has extensive knowledge about maples
and plants and enjoys talking to you about them.
